Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the application ("Application") or related services, including support services, web applications, or services made available through third-party platforms (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Pavel Stoma ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Services are provided for personal, lawful use. You agree to use the Application only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
We may provide the Services free of charge, through one-time purchases, subscriptions, or other lawful pricing structures. Features, pricing, availability, and functionality may change from time to time.
You may submit or generate content through the Services, including photographs, images, text, and other materials ("User Content").
You retain your rights in User Content to the extent provided by applicable law. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and process that User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the feature or Service you requested, including processing through our authorized service providers.
This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent that retention is required by law, necessary for security or dispute resolution, or the content has already been processed by a third-party service provider under its applicable retention policies.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit photographs or other User Content to the Services. In particular, if a photograph contains another person, you should have any permission required by applicable law before submitting it for processing.
Certain features of the Services use artificial intelligence provided through third-party services, including the OpenAI API.
When you choose to use an AI-powered feature that requires a photograph, the photograph may be temporarily uploaded to our infrastructure and transmitted to OpenAI for processing. A photograph may contain your face or another person's face.
We use AI services only to provide the feature requested by you. AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, unexpected results, or content that is not suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether an AI-generated result is appropriate before relying on it.
AI features are not guaranteed to be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-powered features where necessary for technical, legal, security, or operational reasons.
Photos used for AI-powered features may be temporarily stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 infrastructure while a processing request is being completed. We intend to delete the temporary copy from our storage after processing is completed and do not retain it for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs according to its applicable API data retention policies. The current OpenAI API documentation states that API inputs and outputs may be retained for up to 30 days for service operation and abuse monitoring, subject to applicable exceptions and service-specific terms.

The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, payments, AI processing, diagnostics, or other infrastructure. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not own or control, except to the extent required by applicable law. You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party services when relevant.
The Services contain software, technology, text, widgets, messages, links, emails, music, sounds, graphics, pictures, videos, and other materials ("Content"). The Content and related intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors, affiliates, and partners, as applicable.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unless expressly authorized by us or permitted by applicable law, you must not:
You are responsible for the User Content you submit and for your use of the Services and any generated results. You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
You should not use the Services as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other specialized advice unless expressly stated otherwise in the Application.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated results or other automatically generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or other mandatory statutory rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws require otherwise.
